Ming Chi University of Technology held its commencement ceremony today, marking a milestone with the graduation of its first local Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Guan-Yi Hung published six international journal papers and obtained three invention patents during his studies. His research is currently in the preclinical and pilot production stage for commercialization.

University President Dr. Tsu-Hua Liu praised students’ achievements, including outstanding performance in domestic and international competitions. He encouraged graduates to uphold the university motto, “Diligence and Integrity,” and to stay true to their values while becoming key contributors to society.
