In 2016, two students from Electrical Engineering, Ming Chi University of Technology joined the summer camp at Universidad de Guanajuato, Mexico for eight weeks. During the summer camp, they had visited Mexico with other participants from different countries. Due to its rich culture and history, Mexico ranks the first in the Americas and seventh in the world by a number of  UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Therefore, there are many monuments and churches in Mexico.

They also tried the local foods which are the different from Chinese cuisine during the summer camp. In this city, the people that they met is so friendly, passionate, and kindly. The most interesting things are they live under one roof, having dinner together and share the life experience with the participants from different countries like Europe, Japan, Korea, and the United States. This summer camp in Mexico gave an unforgettable experience for both students.
